laeib ("the application") is a private content-publishing and analytics tool operated by Cyguee Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17139686). The application is used solely by Cyguee Limited to manage its own social-media accounts. It is not a public service and is not offered to, or used by, third parties.
The application connects, via official platform APIs, to social-media accounts that Cyguee Limited owns and controls, in order to publish Cyguee's own content and to retrieve analytics for Cyguee's own posts and accounts. Only authorised operators within Cyguee Limited may use it.
The application is used in compliance with the developer terms and policies of each connected platform (including Meta, TikTok and X). It publishes only content created or owned by Cyguee Limited, does not post spam or engagement-bait, and does not access, scrape, or process the private data of any other user.
The application is provided for Cyguee Limited's own internal use on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind. Cyguee Limited is responsible for its own use of the connected platforms under those platforms' terms.
All content published through the application is owned by Cyguee Limited. Each platform retains its own rights over its API and services as set out in that platform's terms.
