Life and Everything in Between ("laeib", "the application", "we", "us") is the content-publishing and analytics system operated by Cyguee Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17139686), for the Life and Everything in Between channel — a lifestyle media presence published across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X. The application creates and publishes the channel's content and measures how that content performs. This policy explains what data it handles and how.

What the application does

laeib connects to the channel's social-media accounts using each platform's official API, in order to:

• publish the posts (images, videos and captions) we create, to the channel's accounts;
• retrieve performance metrics (such as reach, views, likes, comments, shares and saves) for those posts, so we can understand how the channel's content performs.

Information we access and process

• The channel's own content and metrics. Via the platform APIs we access data relating to the channel's own connected accounts only — our posts, their engagement metrics, and aggregate account statistics (e.g. follower counts).
• Access tokens. OAuth access/refresh tokens that authorise the application to publish and read insights on the channel's accounts. These are stored privately in our own infrastructure and are never shared.

The application does not collect, request, store or process the personal data of members of the public, our followers, or any other individuals. We do not build profiles of other people, we do not access other users' private data, and we do not sell or share any data with advertisers or data brokers.

How information is stored and secured

Access tokens and analytics data are held in infrastructure controlled by Cyguee Limited. The analytics dashboard is private and protected behind authentication (Cloudflare Access). Credentials are kept out of source control and restricted to the operator.

Third-party platforms

The application interacts with the following platforms under their respective developer terms and privacy policies:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram Graph API)
• TikTok (Content Posting API & Display API)
• X (X API)
• Cloudflare (hosting & access control of our private dashboard)

Our use of information received from these APIs adheres to each platform's Developer Policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

Data retention

We retain the channel's analytics data for as long as it is useful for evaluating our content, and access tokens for as long as the integration is active. We revoke tokens and delete stored data when an integration is discontinued.

Your rights

Because the application processes the channel's own content and performance data and does not process the personal data of external individuals, it does not maintain user accounts for third parties. If you believe we hold personal data relating to you, or have any question about this policy, contact us and we will respond in line with UK GDPR.
