Privacy Policy — laeib

laeib ("the application", "we", "us") is a private content-publishing and analytics tool operated by Cyguee Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17139686). The application is used by Cyguee Limited to publish its own social-media content and to read analytics for its own social-media accounts. It is not offered to the public and does not provide services to third-party end users.

What the application does

laeib connects to social-media accounts that we own and operate (on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X) using each platform's official API, in order to:

• publish posts (images, videos and captions) that we have created, to our own accounts;
• retrieve performance metrics (such as reach, views, likes, comments, shares and saves) for our own posts and accounts, so we can understand how our own content performs.

Information we access and process

• Our own account content and metrics. Via the platform APIs we access data relating to our own connected accounts only — our posts, their engagement metrics, and aggregate account statistics (e.g. follower counts).
• Access tokens. OAuth access/refresh tokens that authorise the application to act on our own accounts. These are stored privately in our own infrastructure and are never shared.

The application does not collect, request, store or process the personal data of members of the public, our followers, or any other end users. We do not build profiles of other people, we do not access other users' private data, and we do not sell or share any data with advertisers or data brokers.

How information is stored and secured

Access tokens and analytics data are held in infrastructure controlled by Cyguee Limited. The analytics dashboard is private and protected behind authentication (Cloudflare Access). Credentials are kept out of source control and restricted to the operator.

Third-party platforms

The application interacts with the following platforms under their respective developer terms and privacy policies:

• Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram Graph API)
• TikTok (Content Posting API & Display API)
• X (X API)
• Cloudflare (hosting & access control of our private dashboard)

Our use of information received from these APIs adheres to each platform's Developer Policies, including the Meta Platform Terms and the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

Data retention

We retain our own analytics data for as long as it is useful for evaluating our content, and access tokens for as long as the integration is active. We revoke tokens and delete stored data when an integration is discontinued.

Your rights

Because the application processes only our own operational data and does not process the personal data of external individuals, it does not maintain user accounts for third parties. If you believe we hold personal data relating to you, or have any question about this policy, contact us and we will respond in line with UK GDPR.
